Hi, please ensure that your phone is connected to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network (5G Wi-Fi is not supported). Press and hold the lighting button and RGB button on shelf 3 simultaneously for 3 seconds until the lights start flashing. Then open the Tuya app to connect.
